Hummus
This is so easy to make, there is no excuse for buying ready made.
1 can garbanzo beans rinsed very well (or any beans you like, black beans are also good, or try a can of mixed beans – each bean has different nutrients, so variety is good)
¼ cup Tahini
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (add more to make it creamier if desire)
lemon juice to taste
Mix all the ingredients together in a small food processor.
