Greek Chicken


This chicken is so easy to make, but the flavours are absolutely wonderful.

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dry)

1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dry)

1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dry)

2 lemons juiced

4 lbs of chicken pieces

Combine all ingredients in a large pan and marinade overnight.  Cook on medium-high grill turning every 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.  (Time will vary depending on the thickness of the chicken)
