Garlic Asparagus
My children, who were previously “green-phobic” gobble these up and steal mine off my plate. This also works well with green beans and broccoli.
1 bunch asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
salt to taste
Clean asparagus and snap off the bottom part (bend near the bottom and it will snap where it should). Lay the asparagus on a cookie tray. Pour the olive oil and garlic on the asparagus and mix with your hands to make sure they are fully coated. Sprinkle on some salt. Bake in oven at 350F for about 5-10 minutes until al-dente
