Curried Chicken Salad


For sandwiches or over lettuce, I got this idea from Holt Renfrew’s in-store restaurant in Toronto

1 Cup Chopped cooked chicken (e.g. leftovers from roast chicken)

1 Tbsp real mayonnaise

1 tsp curry powder

salt & pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients and adjust the seasoning to suit your taste.
