Coleslaw


This is great to eat with lunch or dinner.  Cabbage is incredibly good for you.  It is full of nutrients, fiber and is very cleansing.

2 cups shredded cabbage (you can buy the pre-shredded bagged variety)

2 tbsp mayonnaise

lemon juice or vinegar to taste (start with a teaspoon)

salt & pepper to taste

(add raisins if you like it sweeter)
