If you were to walk into my office, you would see a wall full of health books that I have accumulated over the years. Many of these books are in constant use as reference guides, as I work with clients helping them with their nutritional needs. Many are so “dog-eared’ it’s easy to see the pages I have referred to again and again.
The problem with many of these books is that they are not only very expensive but they are also HUGE. I often can’t even remember where I found the information that I was looking at “just the other day” because I have so many different books that I use. It has all just become a jumble of information.
